I highly recommend working with Bob Avery. This was my first time buying a home and he was very helpful explaining everything what I needed to know before making an offer. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was understanding the risks and benefits of my decision. When working with the addendum repairs--even though he was having a hard time communicating with the seller agent-- he got the repairs done before closing. I would definitely work with him again.

I purchased a home from the listing agent JoAnn Zebrowski. We were given the buying agent McKenzie. This was a horrible experience. The buying agent was obviously a subordinate to JoAnn who would not allow me to ask any questions. She also stated that I could not reach out to the seller with any questions. It is a fabulous house and we bought it inspite of JoAnn and her team. We had several items in the repair addendum that did not get done timely so they did not want to honor them after closing. Then due to neglect I finally got them to Agee to take care of the lawn (they waited 2 months). They told me to schedule it and we agreed on the price. Now that the work has been done and they told me to schedule it to be done with them, they shorted the yard company I scheduled. Putting me in a very awkward situation. The home also has a very nice multi room entertainment system. When I went back to the home the amplifier was missing and no one knows what happened to it, but the seller was out of state and only the agent had access.
Melody is an excellent realtor. She went way beyond all expectations. Had a buyer for me within days. So helpful.
Integrity is not a word I would associate with this group. Do not allow them to use an agent from this team.
