OK, so they called back and agreed to meet with me alone. We will see how it turns out.
Then, they told me that they could only schedule an appointment with both my wife and I. My wife isn't interested in meeting with them, so they refused to come out and give a bid to only me. Strange.
They seem a bit paternalistic. I made an appointment for a roof replacement. They called on the weekend to verify, but I couldn't get back to them in time. So I was here for the appointed time, but they blew me off.
Working with Travis and Hunter was a great experience. I didn't expect to make a purchase with my free home inspection but the investment opportunity was presented to me perfectly. I was presented with this great company, product and timing. I'm excited for construction and having such a high quality product be mine. I look forward to a great outcome.
Daniel Was Running the Eugene Office BEWARE!!
After an evening with Daniel in my house, a very impressive salesman, I was convinced that they could put a roof on anything standing. They use local contractors that we the public can hire any day our self. I screwed up signed a contract,Daniel agreed to let me supply the plywood underlay needed, then they showed up and wanted to roof without it!! Push Push I was irritated. They did not know what they where doing , NO communication, confused and upset by the cost I stalled.... yes small print the 3 day cancellation cost of XX% of my contract! The roofing materials sat on my carport for 2 weeks, the crew that picked them up does so on a regular basis, Daniel was apologetic about the misunderstanding and could send out a different contractor.
They now are calling me offering free quote on my windows. HaHaHa!!!!
They kept my money!! Thanks t to the contract.

I had two very professional & informative presentations from Travis Larson & Jake Becker. They answered my questions completely. Their prices are competitive from research I have done. I'm very excited to have a new front window, sliding glass door & vinyl siding installed on my home. I look forward to seeing if their work & products are as good as their customer service seems to be.
