We recently had Neil Kelly do air sealing, insulation work, and repair of exhaust fans in our 1970's house. The work was done under the auspices of Enhabit, a non-profit dedicated to energy efficiency; Neil Kelly is their go-to contractor for recommended home improvements. We were very pleased with Neil Kelly's work. Everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. They view a house as a whole system, knowing that changing one thing always affects something else.They tested the house for air leaks before, during and after the job, and now this place is soooo tight. In the end they tested the water heater to make sure there was no back draft caused by the changes that were made. Great job. We highly recommend Neil Kelly.
