Big, y storage just many in Eugene
I called Big Y because it's "locally owned", newer and in a convenient location. First the desk clerk, and then the store manager, were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful and the manager actually hung up on, rather than assisting, this frustrated potential customer. As a corporate employee at a very large company that is world-renowned for customer service I cannot express how disappointed I am in this storage facility and the employees that have been chosen to represent the ownership.
