The manager, Rob, is friendly, and straight forward, honest and tries hard to work with his clients. The facility is well kept up and it feels very safe, even at night. I highly recommend it!

I moved from Virginia to Oregon in July 2015 and needed a place to store my townhouse contents for a few months. Willow Creek came recommended by my nephew as he used them 2 years ago. My experience both over the phone and in person at the storage unit was very positive. Rob and his staff were very helpful when I needed it and the large storage unit was clean and gave me enough room to sort through everything easily.
