Manager is extremely rude and does not fact check. Constant hassles with this company. Could care less about customer service. At one point considered possible legal action, before a long and frustrating phone call where the manager did not even own up to the mistake after making my dear friend cry for no reason. There are many other places that will not give you this kind of hassle, do yourself a favor and don't go here or use their facilities.
