The Doctors and Staff at Banfield South Eugene are professional, caring and provided the best of care for our old, best dog in the world, Fynny. They are wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Garretson and Dr. Harmon any time.

Banfield went above and beyond to help me out and were incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Garretson and her outstanding team did absolutely everything they could to help my best friend, Brody-June Lupe-Lucifer Brown.
We could not be any happier nor more satisfied with the level of care and commitment that we have experienced with Dr. Harmon and her staff: Aubrey, Holly and the other amazing vet techs. In the midst of a tragic case of (alleged - still in the hands of Animal Welfare Services) animal abuse and neglect at the hands of our pet sitter, Dr. Harmon has been an absolute lifesaver to our kitties. She not only is hyper-competent but she is also compassionate. Her ability to handle such a tragic situation while still providing the HIGHEST level of competent veterinary care has been beyond belief. To us this level of care and commitment is priceless. To know that she has not only our kitties' best interest at heart but ALSO the best interest of us as our kitties' humans cannot be quantified in dollars. Yes - there may be less expensive vet clinics out there. But we are NOT willing to risk the care and welfare of our kitties just to save a buck or two. Good vet care has value - and I could not recommend more highly Banfield Vet Clinic on Willamette in Eugene.

I've never been somewhere where my little family was so welcomed and taken care of.
Our chihuahua is chronically anxious and hates strangers but everyone here is so good with him. Last time we went, Dr. Zittel and Sam saw him and he was so calm with them. He was completely unphased when they gave him his shot. And they gave us really good advice for making him less stressed out.
