I was with t-mobile for many years until Andrew Haag showed me the savings and better coverage sprint offers. His customer service was amazing, very friendly and a true professional at his job. I would recommend Sprint to everybody from the service provided and great deals!!!!
Ultimately, this experience may indicate a reason to explain why Sprint loses their customers to AT&T and Verizon.

I had the option to use Sprint for 50 days to unlock the refurbished iphone, but I decided not to because of this utterly disappointed shopping experience. The fact that the sale associates had such amateur attitude and communication skills at Sprint Valley River Center makes me wonder how much training and what kind of training Sprint has given to their sale associates in general.
I recently tried to unlock a Sprint-locked refurbished iphone (I purchased through a third-party retail store). I had the worst customer service at Sprint Valley River Center: First, the sales associate told me to call Sprint care by assuming my phone could be unlocked easily. They didn't even collect enough information to decide the eligibility. Once I figured out I couldn't unlock it because of Sprint's rule of staying active with their service for at least 50 days, the sales associate was not helpful at all to explain the situation (Sprint's unlock eligibility rules) clearly. They failed to listen to my argument, failed to understand my frustration when they had told me the phone could be unlocked, and they assumed I was being difficult and unreasonable.
Their service was so sloppy because a) they failed to recognize I have need and help from Sprint; b) they judged their customers (never judge a customer in retail industry!); c). they failed to provide effective communication and alternative options when I clearly stated that their services (if any) didn't meet my expectation.
