Such terrible customer service. Seek another company for your security system needs.
Customer Service needs more training. Very rarely do they return phone calls. When asked why, was told returning phone calls was not a priority. Not sure how many clients they have lost in the past year, but I am sure with that attitude, they will have lots of time on their hands to return phone calls.
