Paul is AMAZING! He provided me with help on an issue I recently had with T-Mobile. He was knowledgeable and diligent to do his best to be there for me, the customer. It is T-Mobile employees like him that have kept me as a customer for over 15 years.
Its now been three months, and the bill is still $150. The clerks there are obviously shady and deliberately make mistakes in the interest of padding their commissions. Cancelling my service today and will never consider T-Mobile again. Have definitely let all of my friends know of the terrible customer service, particularly at the Valley River store. (The people at the call center seemed very helpful, but as my bill hasn't changed in the allotted time their help apparently meant nothing.
Being that I do not live in the area that is not an option. Nor do I feel I should have to return what was GIVEN to my family on a promotion. I will be filing formal complaints with headquarts in an effort to resolve this issue.
Very unsatisfied. I was told there will be a 10% military discount and I had to call 611 to activate it. So I called and there is no military discount. So I called the store to ask how are the going to make this right because I have in writing that I would be receiving this discount, I was again told to call the 611 number. So I did. And once again, after being disconnected from the crap service, I am told there is nothing that can be done. I know its only 10% but if you are promised something I should expect it. I will be leaving this joke of a company first chance I get.
My friend and I signed up for a family plan. It was just the two of us, but they told us with their promotion we could get three lines at no extra cost, so we got the third line with the intentions of finding someone to add to it later, since it was free anyway.
Here we are four months later and I find out that apparently the speakers were NOT FREE. I have been being charged a monthly fee for them as part of an accessories payment plan. As I said before I do not live in the Eugene area. After talking to customers care for 45 minutes I was instructed to contact the exact store that I received the speakers from to help resolve the issue. The only resolution that the associate could offer me was to bring the speaker's back and the charges would stop.
two months later a friend of ours was looking to change companies, so we went in to activate our third "free" line with him. Our bill for the first two months had been about $90. After adding our friend to our "free" line, which we'd already technically had so the bill should not have been affected, our bill shot up to about $150 a month!
Way to go T-Mobile! Thanks to all the support team, too!
The new technology is wonderful, but I need some instructions how to use it and make the best choices.
Play start off by saying I absolutely love my T-Mobile service. I've had no issue at all per se with the devices that I have from them or the data plans. My issue of particular is with this exact location. In March while on spring break visiting family in Eugene I stopped by the store to help resolve an issue I had with my phone and the GPS. While I was in the store I was told about a "great promotion" that said if I signed up for auto pay I could get a UE Boom speaker for free.
We went in to get it fixed, and they said there was nothing they could do. There was a manager there that, even after having heard us ask to speak to a manager, wouldn't come over. My friend overheard the clerk talking to another one asking "will I still get my commission" and them saying they'd work it out. Later that night we called, and found that the clerk had added a FOURTH line instead of using our free line, essentially to get commission, and then probably could have fixed it, but then that would cost him his commission so he refused to help.
After calling, and them figuring out what happened, they told us it would be $150 for the next two months, but that it would then go back down to $90 and we'd be credited for the extra we paid.
Every time I visit T-Mobile in the Valley River Mall, the staff has been courteous and very helpful. They take the time to explain answers to any of my questions. Tonight, Kacie and Chelsea helped me get better service! Though I will be paying $23 more per month, I am not paying the other service $182/month. That's an expanded service savings of $159/mo.!
