I love this store. Madison is the best, she is so helpful and patient and knows her stuff!!! All the employees seem to be super helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommended this store to anyone who has Verizon as a carrier!!
The sales here people do not have sales finesse. They just don't understand truly how to anticipate needs and questions and be responsible for avoiding dissatisfied customers in the long run. Make them work and use their time to the fullest. Don't let them rush you because they're hungry for the next sale. They'll roll out the red carpet but after fourteen days it's cold weather from then there out. What you don't know, what you don't know, will be to your own ruin, buyer beware! Officiousness is name of the game after the grace period. If you're going to buy, make sure you're truly satisfied or else. The last thing they want is a return and don't let them woo you into that the phone is warranted because what you will get is a reconditioned "used" phone. Avoid personal misery don't let them make you believe or suggest they'll take care of you after fourteen days. Try as you might buy a quality phone for cash at a non-sub-agent large tech store and then get their bloody plan if you want but don't buy on time! You'll save a couple hundred dollars at least. You'll pay far less than spreading payments over time in the long run for a substandard malware loaded phone. If you've got an uncomfortable feeling make them take their equipment back before the 14 magical days and start over if you have to or you'll be sorry you ever walked through the door.
This place is great. The employees are amazing and so helpful. I called to get info on adding a phone to my account. While on the phone the owner gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. When we were casually talking I noticed it seemed busy but she still answered all my questions quickly but very well still. I've now gotten two phones here. Both times I was treated very well. Even after I called and went in to physically add the line the workers went over every possibility with me to make sure I had the best option for the lowest price. They were patient, kind, and always informed me of what they were doing and where we were in the process. They worked extra hard to get my fiancé his old number, even though it didn't work they still made every attempt they could and offered to even try something else I declined. On another note: for my iPhone I had purchased a case about a year ago it has held up better than any case I've ever had. I am extremely hard on my phones and this case literally has dents in it but my phone looks perfect still. Overall this Verizon has great employees and products. Very happy, I will be back here again.
I've dealt with my Verizon needs here for the last 5+ years. These folks have always been great taking care of my requests and my questions. As long as I have Verizon, I'll use the the Wireless Source.
