I love shopping here. Everyone is nice. The Deli is amazing. The people who work there are so kind. They never get upset when you ask for shaved ham. The Bakery has some yummy treats. The new meat department is nice. Produce is always good. And if I can't find something they always help.
Great place to shop, I love the convenance and its location. It has great produce and great for quick shop trip. Sometimes it get busy there but mostly check out process is fast. Also, donuts are discounted after 6pm.
Never going back. Won't even drive near it. Horrific and traumatizing experience. They threatened to call the cops on me for a bottle of water that I paid and had receipt for. The three employees screamed at me and acted like I beat up someone and ran them over...Worst customer service ever! One attitude fueled another. By the time I could react, they jumped at me and scared and embarrassed me. I was in tears and was looking forward to seeing the police. I stood there for a half hour waiting with two of them glaring at me hard. I have never been treated like that, EVER! ONCE they figured out I paid for it, they were furious because I tried protesting and through all this, had slammed my car door. Thank God I didn't purchase a larger item...they might have called for firing squad. When the police finally showed up...they pulled into parking lot and back out. I continued to wait.....finally, I cautiously approached the smallest one. I was told to wait some more. Eventually they told me cops weren't coming and I should leave because I was trespassing. I have a job, home , several vehicles. I don't steal not do I look like I need to. I don't bother anyone and I have money to purchase what I need. I will never go back to any Fred meyer!!!
We love our new Fred Meyer. The deli is super great fresh yummyness. The new cheese dept is the best .. Everything seems wonderful we love doing all our shopping here. The app is also a big plus it is so helpful before and during our shopping trips. Thank you Fred Meyer #loyal customers
Been going here since I was a kid, and have seen the store arranged three different ways. The new arrangement is attractive but not practical for myself. It took me five minutes of walking back and forth in the dairy section to find the cottage cheese. Hint it's not in the refrigerators along the wall. But I do like a accessible the produce section is now.
