Great little neighborhood store. The deli is a great addition, although a little spendy. The staff is always great, and they have 95% of what you'll need including herbs, bulk goods, etc. They are happy to special order whatever they don't have and take suggestions for items they should carry.
Everything's good except a customer service orientation. Great food-loved my Ruben even though I ordered the Philly. Ordering process was also overly complex. Then, to buy the chips by the register, I had to go to another register/cashier opposite because their registers are not integrated. Finally, staff seemed more focused on hanging out with some patrons than on service. This is the kind of place you want to love and share with others. I still want to love it.
