Looks like a hole in the wall, and has a high amount of frat traffic which might be a problem for some people. That being said, it's a solid place to buy beer and snacks.
I've lived next to Hillys for two years and I go there often. They carry the essentials: beer, blunt wraps, hot coffee, TP, garbage bags, milk, eggs, bacon, and even a small selection of produce. Prices are kind of high, but they have saved me many trips to safeway and I am thankful for that.
Not very friendly staff, not very good selection but if you need something quick it will work.
Dicey little market in the middle of University housing. Just there to sell beer.
