I was referred to Visionworks from a friend who adores a girl named Nicole that works there. Nicole was very friendly and knew the products. I would definately go back again
This place really went downhill. The last 2 eye docs there were great in for the last 8 years but it's completely flipped. The front desk help blasts hip hop music, seems to barely speak English and is hard to understand. When you try explaining things to her thinking she just didn't understand she tries to speak slower like your the idiot. Also lots of up charges now such as a new machine to take pics of your eyes which they give you the option of dilating your eyes (and having to wait around to go back to normal to drive) or charging you $30 for the pictures which isn't covered by insurance. The kicker is the front desk help with ZERO schooling is being instructed to operate all the testing machines (not the final exam though) which I'm not sure is even legal.
8 years and I'll never return.
After dealing with this I came back in to purchase contacts. The subpar front desk help stated telling me I owed them money for the pictures I never had them take. Also tried to charge be another $30 for a contact fitting which I never got and my insurance pays that anyways! Then after I told her I never had them or signed off to pay for it I asked to have my exam paperwork to go elsewhere but she refused to give me.
P.S. Don't go to Lens Crafters... they will lie to you and say they don't have tools to fit lenses into a specific frame.
Been wearing glasses for 55 years , the worst glasses I have ever worn .chips after 2 months.
This place is super awesome. The people are super nice, and Kacy helped my mom out get some new glasses. It was painless and super inexpensive. You guys are awesome!!! Especially you Kacy.
My overall experience with Visionworks has been mediocre. They staff seem very friendly and try to help, but it always seems like something is not quite right when it comes to ordering contacts and entering personal information into their system. Once I receive the latest contacts I just ordered, it will be my last visit to this location. As their ordering process, prices, and overall knowledge of what they are doing seems very off.
And the staff was absolutely no help. Stay clear of this car lot
