Jerry's is simply amazing! I needed materials to build my son a bus shelter and they were more than competent in helping me select my supplies.
Jerry"s is my new go to home. I just moved here from San Diego and Jerry's is by far better than home depot and lows. The people are very very nice and helpful. Please don't commercialized your business...mom and pop places are far and few and are always the best. You have a customer for life. Thanks for all your help.
This place is a huge draw to all the locals and people from far and wide coming through the area. Yes, it's a huge hardware store ....actually the largest square footage hardware store in the country but what makes it truly special is the amazing customer service. Many of the staff have been there for very long time and the customers just love the personal attention they get. Jerry's is also a wonderful place during the holiday season. They have an amazingly huge holiday display in their Garden Center. It really takes some time to wander through and see all the fun goodies.I would give yourself at least an hour to go through it to see all the specialty made items from all over Oregon. Jerry's has a large selection of Oregon made Christmas ornaments & Hanukkah decorations for your inside decorating to the giant holiday displays for your yard. Take the family, enjoy and if they still have the Cosmos kettle corn or the fudge for sale , make sure you get some -it's amazing! Yummy
Just moved to Eugene and went in to Jerry's today because I like to support local businesses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed and more. Prices are reasonable too. This is definitely my home improvement / hardware store!
They price match, the staff is awesome, it's local and superior in almost every way to Home Depot or Lowes
Update: There was a super helpful girl closing the paint section on her own today (9/30/17). She deserves some recognition for great customer service. That interaction reconfirmed why I always come here.
They also had a projects team person help me with the design and I was able to get exactly the materials I needed to get my job done right!
