This place should be called bargainko. They have great deals and good quality clothes. There is of course the not so quality items but you just have to sift through them to find the good ones.
This Shopko is pretty typical in it's variety, cleanliness, and price. In the summer it has an outdoor gardening center in the parking lot, and there are stands by the cashiers and customer service desk that offer discounted items. There do not seem to be many (if any) staff besides the cashiers, so I have had to find everything without assistance.
I purchase a very expensive pair of eye glasses that where run over. The customer service in the optical dept was above and beyond. They replaced the glasses no question ask and hassle free. I highly recommend going there. I will continue to shop there,and continue to get my eye care there as well
I enjoy shopping at Shopko. Sales Associates are available and happy to help. There's a huge variety of products, Shopko is expanding their furniture line with prices that make me happy, and upgrading many products to brand names. Additionally, they have late hours which is always helpful!
Smells like someone went to the bathroom by the door. Associates go out of their way to make you feel in welcome. Its a bargain basement store son you can't expect more from the associates.
