My experience is that they carry high end appliances at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and friendly and delivery and installation are quick and efficient. She is right the the selection is somewhat limited but I have always found what I wanted.
I highly recommend giving them a call for all of your appliance and electronics needs!

I am surprised at the other reviews for this store. I can't comment on Ryan's post because I have never had any service problems with them. However, I wonder if Liz R went to a different store. Last time I looked Wolf Ranges and Sub-Zero Refrigerators are not "low priced, mid-range appliances."
We did a complete kitchen remodel and got all our appliances from Kelly's. They helped us find appliances that suited our needs and budget. There were a couple of problems with two of them, and they were very proactive in resolving them to our satisfaction (even though they were under warranty...being only a couple of months old...the manufacturer of one was balking at a solution and it was because of Kelly's persistence that things were finally resolved). Very good, personal customer service.
Kelly's take over of Appliance and TV Center was the best thing that happened to it. They have brought together the buying power, expertise and amazing service from Salem, to our local store. Scott and the guys at the store have saved me multiple times and provided service and selection far above what you would find at any big box store. My cooktop was pronounced dead on Thursday and Scott and I worked to find a replacement ASAP. With his help, we were cooking on FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!
