I had an immediate need and the staff at H & H Veterinary were so helpful and took care of what I needed. They were very caring with my dogs. The staff were amazing!!! I am from out of town, but if I lived in Eugene, this would be Vet for my pets. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Won’t go into a ton of details, but they were absolutely horrible and resulted in emergency vet visits and loss of an animal due to negligence. Pure heartbreak for our family and no care from the vet. Do not recommend.
I'm a new client and loved this small friendly place. The staff works with you if you are the type that is on a budget. I mean H & H will recommend options, but they as well will help you do a process of elimination of all the additives that you don't necessarily need right away. H & H doesn't force anything extra on you, but they will voice their concerns regarding your animal(s) since H & H are a licensed practice in the field of Veterinary care and I am not. They are community based and care for their clients and their animal(s), unlike those bigger conglomerates, who always try to push more and more on you with all the additives just so they can squeeze more out of your pocket. H & H can also help you to set up any payment plans if needed. The bigger conglomerates really don't have any payment plan options and if they do it would be for their own collections department.
This is by far the BEST place ever! I am not easily impressed owning, trainning and breeding for over 42 years, this place is #1. You are foolish to take your pets anywhere else! I have gone through 4 vets to get to Dr Ebert thank you for taking the time with us your expertise is appreciated!!!
Love these guys! You can tell they really care about their patients! Everyone there is super nice as well.
