Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really care about people and their pets. The Dr's are thurough and explain things in layman's terms and are very accommodating.
I rushed my client's cat in while she was out of town on business. The cat had a urinary blockage and was on the verge of kidney failure. The staff was wonderful and they did everything possible, unfortunately the cat didn't make it because we hadn't gotten him there in time. Despite the outcome, I feel that this hospital did the very best that could've been done.
They got us in for an appointment in an hour, were super professional, polite, encouraging and knowledgeable. In all my years of pet ownership, this is the first time I didn't feel taken by a financial gain agenda. They didn't guilt us into needless testing and blood work. Simply knew an autoimmune issue when they saw it and treated it promptly and at a completely reasonable price for same day appointment. We will be switching to them from CatCare Limited for all of our animals! Thank you for your confidence, compassion and treating us with respect.

This is the most caring vet office we have ever brought our pet to. When my cat was acutely ill I called our vet Santa Clara Animal Hospital I was told they were full. I said our cat would die. She said sorry. I called and called. Nobody would see our Dee Dee. VCA Westmoreland said bring her in right away we will always work in an emergency. Dr Kennedy saved her life. 6 months later she got ill again. The staff said bring her right down. Again our cat was saved. Wonderful people knowledgeable vets. 10 Stars
Sunday Visit Rescued My Worry. My dog, Pretzel, came down with an attack of acute pancreatitis - the day after I became well from the flu... it was a living nightmare of worry. In tears, I showed up on the doorway of this care facility and received a caring, listening, and team of professionals that helped me with the healing of my dog.
They offer an affordable bundle treatment if one wants a scaffolding service plan that includes a day of hospitalization for a pet. I have zero complaints and only great things to say about this organization. I will be seeking them out to become the regular care facility for my pets. I like them, will recommend them, and hope that I will only need to see them for updated medical checks - but when I do, I know we are in good hands.
