When I went to pay for my repairs, since the insurance had written me a check directly, and there was a problem with my bank (they wouldn't allow over a certain amount to be charged to my checking account due to fraud protection), they were super understanding and patient while I sorted everything out. All in all, a very positive experience following such a lengthy ordeal! I will definitely go to them in the future if I ever need to!

I feel like because I am a woman and have an older car that I wasn't treated respectfully. I felt I was taken advantage of. Whenever, I complained about my car still stalling to Isidro and the manager at A & M I was ignored. It took a male voice and someone that they did business with to make them fix my car properly.

They did good job of repainting our bumper but they used the wrong paint and so a job that they told us would take two days ending up taking longer, which was a little in convenient.

This would be my second trip to A&M. The quality is outstanding and customer service top notch. Pulling up to see my Tahoe fully detailed and looking like it was sitting on car lot was amazing. Kudos to the crew at A&M.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

best service ever!!! 100% satisfaction!!

I drove the car for the next month with the car just not feeling right. It kept stalling. It actually died in traffic on a busy intersection and busy time of day. Driving to Portland I had to turn around because the car stalled and I didn't trust it.

I was bamboozled! They never actually paid for the car to be repaired. And I think they just pushed it rather than towed it. Maybe they had a flunky from the body shop try to repair my car, something that I did not okay. Maybe they just gave me my car back after holding it for a week while doing nothing? I don't know. The owner at Joe's Garage was very gracious so if you want a recommendation for auto repair go there. They operate with integrity. The owner called up A & M Auto Body and worked out a replacement of a carburetor at A & M's cost. It was that easy.

When my car was completed after one week I received a call from Isidro who told me that they had trouble starting my car and could they keep it over the weekend? I said yes and on Monday it was the same thing, the car would not start. Apparently, one of their NEW workers was cleaning paint off the engine with a water hose (why was there paint on the engine? don't they mask?) and water went into the carburetor. I had just spent over $500 at Wayne's Garage getting a complete tune-up! Isidro said they would fix it and get it back to me within a week. He said they had spent $600 at Joe's Garage fixing the carburetor but it was fixed. They also said they had it towed there. Ha!

I ended up having the most horrible experience at A & M. The salesman, Isidro, and, manager are dishonest and they are cheats.

After taking the car back to A & M Auto Body multiple times and they denying any more responsibility I decided to go to Joe's Garage and see what they did to my car. Well, was I in for a surprise! They pulled up the receipt, which said: Need carburetor replaced. Diagnostic. No charge.

I had a great experience with A&M! I just had my 2011 Volvo S60 repaired following an accident and a lengthy back-and-forth with the insurance, and from the minute I got the estimate to when it was all finished, they were up front, straight-forward, friendly, and professional every step of the way. My Volvo now looks better than it ever has and they really did an excellent job. Isidro was so easy to work with and provided me with updates along the way throughout the repair process, including pictures, which was very helpful. They also detailed the inside of the vehicle and washed it, which I was not expecting (the tires look better than they ever have)!

I brought my 1993 Toyota Corolla in to the shop to have two panels painted because the top coat or sealant was badly peeling creating a spotty effect. The paint job was fine. What happened afterward was not.
