If you are reading these reviews you should know that this shop literally bribes people to leave positive reviews. They offer free lunches, shop credit, and other discounts. They will spam the hell out of you with incentives to leave a positive review. Proceed with caution.
One star off for these menial expenses that only take a minute they are charging for.
My complaint is small, I didn't put the bulb in all the way, they just plugged it in and charged me 40 dollars for it.
Love Integrity Auto Repair! I took my car in for the 6 month oil change - they did a great job, plus, they allowed me to use the PT Cruiser for the time my car was in the shop. I only needed to put in a gallon of gas and I was good to go! Megan is very helpful and is a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend Integrity Auto Repair!!!
From the get go I was very impressed. On my initial phone call Meagan was very helpful and informative. Had my vehicle towed there and on same day had a diagnosis of problem and parts ordered. Fast turnaround and very satisfied. Highly recommend all staff I spoke to were great.
Integrity Auto made an excellent first impression. Their customer service goes beyond expectation and the manager personally sat down with us and explained some different options we had that varied in price range for the job we needed done. Courtesy loaner vehicles if needed or a ride to/from their shop was a kind service. A “thank you” car was offered at the end of the appointment. I will definitely recommend Integrity Auto to friends, family and co-workers for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
