Reserved a WED 3pm appointment. Confirmed the tires size and make (reserved them). When my wife showed up at the appointed time- no appt in the books and her tires were reserved for someone else. Sent away empty handed. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.
Derek and Staff are VERY helpful and courteous. They have great follow-up as well, keeping me informed about when the tires came in/when installed, etc. I think the poor reviews have nothing to do with the local Staff, Costco needs to get them more help (simply understaffed)! A small group of workers can only do so much when demand is so high.
Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff, but they are woefully undermanned at the service counter. Expect to wait a long time dropping your car off or picking it up. I waited 30 minutes to pay for my tires in 30 minutes to pick the key up when I was told that it was done. They simply do not have enough staff at the counter to handle the number of customers that are waiting for service.
I was surprised to read these negative reviews. They're definitely busy, but considering the alternative, I much prefer the professional, honest service I find here.
I wondered why the reviews were so bad. Out of the 4 times i have dealt with the tire center each time has taken me over 3 hpirs for something that should take 45 min max. Currently been sitting waiting for an air pressure check/fill for 45 min. I keep calling being told they will be out yet nobody is coming. I will not be getting tires here again.
