Great service, knowledgeable staff. Employees were direct and honest with me and not trying to "upsale". Location is in a weird spot and the driveway is a bit confusing though so just watch for that.
Good service. Squeezed me in as a walk in to get snowtires when they were busy.
All the workers played and joked around with each other. Not professional. I felt like they had no care for my truck that I had took in. First they bottomed it out on their lift as they didn't pay attention. After they were done, the worker hot roded my truck through the bussy parking lot. When he parked it, he folded the front valance over the parking curb. When he handed me my keys back and had nothing to say about the work that was performed. I was there for a reason. To have a problem solved. The people that work the counter are nice and all, but these young tire jockeys are careless and unprofessional. Even with the tire warranty I have with them, I will pay elsewhere for service.
This is definitely the most affordable place to buy tires, even though tires are one of the most expensive (yet important) components of your vehicle. I wasn't happy that they charge a substantial delivery fee in store, but if you order from their site it's free. Tires are EXPENSIVE!! The shipping dang well better be free!!
About the hardest working kids I've seen anywhere if you watch through the service window while you wait. Very helpful and knowledgeable service people as well. I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.
