Jim came to the rescue when my dead battery couldn't be jumped. He had my battery replaced and a new terminal installed in just a couple of hours. I'm very impressed!
Absolutely fantastic service! I will never go to another mechanic again. Jim has been simply the best. He's one of those rare people who wants to do the job right every time, even if that means less immediate income for him. Our family car is a Mitsubishi, which he went out of his way to find an onboard computer key reader for. When the computer indicated a problem with the catalytic converter, a repair that would have cost us over $1000, he went through exhaustive testing to make sure that was the problem before ever recommending that a single part be ordered. Most of all, he has never once treated me like I didn't understand what was going on. He never overlooks me when my husband is there, and he explains things in the same detail to me as he does to my husband.
We have been going to Jim and Tim's since we purchased the 2006 Ridgeline. If not for Jim I would of killed ithe engine a long time ago.
