Barely do anything. After I called to terminate my policy, they spent 6 days to presses and charge for those days. With same policy, you can get much higher price and much worse experience.
Rich was incredibly helpaul getting my parents home insured. He went the extra mile to get the fire code rating changed to its correct level and saved them hundreds of dollars.

Great service and prices
A big red truck hit and ran my Toyota station wagon, totaling it. Allstate were really concerned if anyone had gotten hurt. They set up an inspection with their representative who did a thorough job calculating the loss and were very helpful in figuring out where to get parts if I wanted to keep the car. I appreciated that a lot. They finished with the DMV stuff faster than I expected. Everyone I talked with was pleasant and concerned.
