Worst insurance agents/ company I have ever experienced. Very misleading and inaccurate with the information. They have no idea on what they are doing. Do not waste your money or time!

I am so pissed when they almost never replied my email back. I keep asking them about my refund, but it took them forever to confirm it. I don't know why. Well, I mean,please! be professional with all of your customers regardless of their background, ethnic, etc. I know that I am only an international student, but please respect your CUSTOMER more in the future. It's not only about money that matters, but how you deal with your customer. Please make customers feel comfortable and convenient while doing business with them.
Horrible customer experience. Victoria is very unprofessional and extremely rude. She is very degrading towards people the way she speaks to them. Different information is giving to me every time I speak with an agent there. Very disappointing place of business. I think Victoria should consider a different place of work due to very poor professional skills.
