I absolutely LOVE the store but the owners and the amazing people who work here make me feel like I'm royalty every time I visit the store. I am a fairly new snake mommy and you have all gone above and beyond to help answer my questions and feel much more comfortable. I highly recommend Bobcat Pets to anyone looking for a new reptile or just caring for the pets you already have. Thanks guys.
I love coming here! I visit every week to get feeders for my animals and it's like visiting family every time. The people here are knowledgeable and kind which is so very important when it comes to deciding where I am going to be spending money regularly. I got my first ball python from Bobcats! I'm a lifetime customer
Once I heard that Bobcat Pets was no longer selling puppies for moral reason, I decided to do all my shopping there in order to help them out. The owner is great and the staff are super nice. I highly recommend checking it out!

My friend and I went into this store intending to purchase a few cat toys and other items. It had to have been obvious we were there to spend money since we already had shopping bags on our persons. The staff woman was very cold to us, offered no assistance, and as we were browsing the animals she became very condescending. This staff person was extremely unprofessional and was chatting in a group of people that looked to be her friends and NOT customers. As we approached a bearded dragon I noticed eggs under her and I said to my friend "Are those eggs? I guess she's pregnant, that's interesting to see." Mind you we were just perusing and we had been stared at the whole time by this group of people. We had to be standing at least 2 feet away from the tank. Not only that but I've cared for bearded dragons and other reptiles and have enough common sense to know what does and does not disturb them. From out of nowhere the woman says, "leave her alone, she's pregnant". She said it with so much condescension and aggressiveness that my friend and I immediately left the store. If you go into this store be prepared to be mistreated for seemingly no reason at all. Not a good pet store choice for anyone who's looking for polite and friendly atmospheres.
