pushy seller. Sick animals, shady backstories to a cat that was for sale, I bet he got is from a kitten mill. Poor rats have terrible housing and I cant say enough about how dirty their fish tanks were. Hope they close soon or sell it to a better person who actually cares for animals
My German Shepard has had multiple stomach issues and a diarrhea problem. I have tried tons of foods and after multiple vet visits I finally tried a new food and store at pet time. I got health extensions dry food brand and it’s been the only food that has worked for her. The owner has accommodated me very much and always done whatever I’ve needed to meet my needs and hers as well. Great custeromer service and store! Thanks again pet time!

Having a hard time finding a decent pet store in Eugene. Went in hoping to find pet food but wandered to look at the animals as well. The place is dark and a mother mouse was desperately trying to escape her cage while her babies were chasing her. She was climbing up the water bottle. I told the person at the counter who said they would check on it but I don't think they did. It seemed like these rodents were just for food not pets so they weren't really taking care of them. Pets aside, they have a decent selection of pet products and I was able to buy a couple cans of my dogs food but I'm going to shop more stores in Springfield/Eugene area before going back here.
