If you want high quality stuff, raw food, and brands you can't find elsewhere.
I drove across town to look at their cats. The hours said they were open, but they refused to let me look at their cats because they were "busy". The staff was extremely rude and the owner was of no help either. If you want to adopt out cats to the public maybe they should cater more to a better quality customer service. Very very disappointed and the rudeness of the staff.
Knowledgeable about the products they carry and of the vendors. Very helpful! They care about animals. Not just another pet store. Great business to support.
Great place , they really care about your animal and if they don't have something they will order or find a product that just as good. They will ship too if you are too far away. Just great quality products and service which you can't get everywhere you go.
Low rating is only because I was window shopping. Friendly shop dogs greeted me. Lots of dog and cat stuff. Basic guinea pig supplies.
