Dropped by no appointment for a repair/replacement pedals, immediately found the right pair and I was off in less then ten minutes, superb service great price.
Aron was incredibly helpful fixing my bike! I will definitely go to him again for any future tune-ups. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting everything I wanted out of my bike. We actually changed a lot about it in the process and I am so content and pleased with the results! (As an added bonus I got to go to Prince Pucklers 10 feet away! Yes!)
Amazing staff-- passionate, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. This shop's philosophy is to truly build relationships with their customers and to keep them for life -- and their actions exemplify this (something that is so very rare nowadays). Aron is the owner and really does a great job, both personally and in running the shop.

Aron at Bikeburns is second to none for bike shops when it comes to service and personal attention. I have purchased an amazing custom Masi from Aron as well as had my and my girl's bikes serviced there. He is thorough, does what he says he'll do and gets things done when he says they will be done. So refreshing is a world of piss poor customer service. I cannot recommend Bikeburns enough!
