When i went to COLINS for new wheels they put on quick release wheels on my bike. I told them i DIDN'T WANT QUICK RELEASE WHEELS. THEY WERE NOT ON MY BIKE WHEN I PURCHASED THE BIKE THERE!???
I've purchased my bike and everthing i needed at collins.
I can't get this fixed.
My interest in cycling has been recently regained but I don't have much experience with mountain bikes. Jay was very helpful in answering my questions about sizing, material, durability and maker. You'll likely have to shop around if you want to find the best deals on a women's bike, but they are more than happy to direct you and make sure you're getting a suitable bike for your needs.

I went back AGAIN and they wanted me to purchase a wheel lock for another $20 after paying $No260 for wheels someone took
This is the reason that Eugene has one of the best bike cultures. Walked in with a toasted brake lever,which they did not have in stock but had a used Lever/calliper in the parts bin. Jason totally hooked me up for just the cost of labour (20bucks) probably one of my best experiences at a bike shop in my 47 years of riding bikes

Hands down the best shop in Eugene. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and like other reviewers mentioned, they won't try to sell you on products/services that you don't need. I give my trusty steed the service she deserves at Collins!
Thank you guys for your hospitality! From out of town and these guys invited us to come join the Saturday shop ride, which was so fun and beautiful. The gang is very helpful and knowledgable, shop is spotless clean, the techs are skillful and fast. When in Eugene, this is the bike shop to hit up!
