They do a good job to cater to exactly what you are looking for. They sold me a single fender used when I couldn't find one for cheep.

These guys are very conveniently located for my purposes. They do most of my flat fixing and other maintenance and haven't let me down yet.

Fixed my chain for free. Very generous and pleasant staff. Good selection of bikes and parts too.

The people who work there are nice and genuinely care about people and their bikes. I bought my bike there 3 years ago, have ridden it every day, and it's never had a problem. If I do need an minor tune up, they're always efficient and fair about the cost of things - which is nice because sometimes I feel as if businesses take advantage of college students. Definitely the best bike shop in town.

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Never have I ever felt so discriminated against in my life. My first time ever going in the store. I went to get a new tube for the bike tire. I didn't need any service just the tube. Believe it or not, just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about or how to fix my bike. I have been riding my bike instead of a car for years. I was the second person in line and I waited about 5 minutes for the worker to be done helping the man in front of me assuming he would help me next because I was there waiting for his help before anyone else. It was obvious I was waiting to be helped because I wasn't looking around. I was standing, waiting, and watching the worker patiently and happily. I ASSUMED WRONG. The man walked right past me and told the man who had come in AFTER me that he would help him in just a moment. Then he continued to ask the man who came in after the man who came in after me if the fix on his bike is quick or not. Never once did he ask how he could help me or what I needed help with. Simple customer service guidelines show that you don't IGNORE the customer in the front of the line to help customers BEHIND them. I understand some tasks take longer than others and I would have understood if I had some long service I needed him to do for me if he helped the customers behind me first. But he never even knew what I needed and all I wanted was a new tube for my bike(yes, I knew the kind of tube as well. I have popped my bike tire plenty of times.) I do not know if it was because I am young, a woman, or black, but I definitely felt discriminated against and that doesn't happen often (maybe a couple other times in my life.) Never have I ever experienced such appauling customer service. I do not think this bike shop deserves ANYONES service.
