Me and my mom had a wonderful experience at Kendall. Everyone their was very helpful and kind. Brian is an awesome guy. He really made the experience very enjoyable. Steve and Forest also made the process much easier and were great at answering all the questions we had. Thank you Brian, Steve and Forest for all of your help. Found a car I liked and was ready to buy it. It hadn't gone through their inspection yet so the manager refused to discuss pricing. I was told it could be a week before it would be ready. I went to a different dealership the next day and purchased a comparable car without any pricing issues.
TJ and Eric delivered a car shopping experience that greatly exceeded my expectations. They were professionals in the best sense of the word. TJ spent the day taking me to several lots, saw and tested several vehicles. He went the extra mile to show a vehicle that was not yet available and ready for sale. He never pressured, never tried to talk me into any vehicle I was not entirely satisfied.
I was shocked at how bad the communication was. Brought our work van in this morning for a Stabilitrak light. Was told a couple of hours. 4 hours go by and a call was placed. Was advised "Service Liaison" was not there but he would call back. 5 hours. No call. Call back. Same response but this time he was busy. 6 hours go by and no call. We call the fleet manager for our company who calls the dealer. Same response. He is busy with another customer but will call back. Fleet manager doesn't receive a call back so he makes another call requesting the service manager. Advised that the service manager is not available to talk. Asked for the General Manager. Same response. He is not available to take the call but was told they would take my number and call me. 9 hours later and not call. We went to the dealer and picked up the van and will not be going back to this dealer for any work. With so many good reviews how did we receive such blatantly poor service?
Love these people and this dealership!!! My son and I bought a van from Kendall today and we are very happy with the vehicle and the service! We really appreciate all of the help and the time they took with us to find just the perfect vehicle...thank you Brian, Steve, Jessica, Forrest, and Oliver, you are all great!
I'm editing my original review of 2 stars after talking with the manager. He asked appropriate questions, listened to me politely and after some discussion we agreed this happened due to a flaw in their process.
Others Kendall employees were also very helpful. I’d certainly travel another 60+ miles to shop for vehicles there again.
