UPDATE!! Still no payoff, have paid money on the car at this point so it won’t go to collections. Same car dealer games, same car dealer hassles! Going to Portland instead, if they ever payoff my old car!
I am from out of town and was helped by Daniel and Dane Paddock. I primarily dealt with Dane. He was honest and straightforward from beginning to end. He had everything ready for when I arrived at the dealership and I was in and out in under an hour with no surprises. I purchased a high mileage used vehicle and a day after returning home with the vehicle it experienced mechanical issues. Within minutes of notifying Dane he had arranged for a locally affiliated dealership to look at the problem. After discovering the problem Dane made true to his word and took care of everything in a professional manner even during his day off of work. I would go out of my way in the future just to shop with Dane and the members of Lithia Dodge in Eugene. I would say that this is the best dealership I have experienced in the pacific northwest.

Mitch Ripke was our salesman. He was NOT only a non high pressured salesman, but made us feel we could ask any questions no matter how elementary they were. We felt he gave us an honest answer. And he helped us every step of the way. I still feel after we bought our car, I can call and ask him any question about it. He was great going over every detail and paired my phone for me which I don't understand.. Our daughter recommended Lithia, but we found our own salesman

He was always upfront with exactly what needed to be done, if something did need to be done - totally honest and always found out the facts before telling us what was going on. We purchased the car

So, my wife traded in our Mazda. Lithia asked for a 10 day payoff and the per diem rate. Lithia has now taken more than 2 weeks to pay the car off! I have late fees now, and the Money Lithia paid isn’t even enough to cover the loan! Now I have to come up with even more money for a car I no longer possess. My wife had a horrible experience and Lithia said they would make it better, HA! Lies! Go somewhere else for your Jeep, I certainly am!
