The used Mazda 6 this dealer sold me was in perfect condition. As a previous Tech at Saturn of Eugene, I looked this car over from top to bottom and saw NOTHING wrong and ALL maintenance's were performed correctly.

Also the Mazda cars are REALLY fun to drive. Wished I looked at this brand before buying my Impreza and Mercedes (which have been traded in due to bad dealership issues-impreza- or hated the driving experience -Mercedes-)
This is the very first dealership where I bought my very first car. They are super friendly and got me a good deal on my 2014 CX-5. I come down to their service department to get my maintenance done even though I live in Corvallis. They know what's up with my Mazda and their customer service is excellent.
Once the sale is complete...service stops. We bought a car that had to be transferred from Washington. With the modern day advances in tracking of shipments, Kiefer could not tell us when we could pick up our car...we even waited an extra day so they didn't need to rush. Multiple phone calls with no information given back to us.
Besides the fact my son has bought somewhere around 4 cars from them, I had the pleasure of having them work with me on a rally for animal awareness. My name is Christina and Sept.16th 2017 Oregon's chapter of Paws Across America had a rally to promote animal welfare issues here in our state and around the country. We wanted to bring awareness to our new law regarding the hot cars. Kiefer Mazda donated a beautiful SUV for our cause. My husband and I made some poor choices when we were younger, which has affected our credit. My experience here was AMAZING. Not only did the manager go completely out of his way, but the sales person also came in on her afternoon off to finalize things for us. We will be coming back again, and referring everyone we know to go here. We are so thrilled with our new vehicle, and very happy with the experience we had.
The experience I had at this dealership was Fantastic! I was in and out in under 3 hours purchasing my 2016 Mazda 6. The sales process was not rushed, forced or pushy, and at no time I felt like I was getting a bad deal. My salesman felt like my advocate and even washed my car himself for me after the deal was made (Detailers already went home for the day). Told my co-workers about this dealership and 3 people have purchased new cars from the Keifer dealerships, all praising on how their experience was by far better than other local major dealerships. In fact, they dare to say it was enjoyable. Crazy, right?!
The general service and initial transaction was pleasant but you shouldn't expect much else once the paperwork is signed.
