Derrick Denney and Eric Camacho were wonderful through the whole thing Cody in the financing department was efficient and listen to our needs and the Sales managers really worked with us! I recommend if your in the market for a car to stop by Kendall Toyota first!
I was impressed and surprised by Kendall Toyota. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. When I came in, Will asked what I would be using it for. When I explained he showed me the trucks I was interested in and other option that would also be useful just to compare. I took a week to make my decision and asked for quotes on several add ons and options. All my emails and calls were answered promptly and politely. When I purchased, the pricing was very competitive. The staff was excellent at only offering the warranties that made sense and that were reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and if I have to purchase again I will buy from Kendall Toyota
Nothing less than an incredible car buying experience. And I can truly say that it was all because of Derrick Denney. A really awesome guy who had our back the whole way. Was looking to help us find what we wanted from the moment we walked in. It was almost like he was buying the car with us. A knowledgeable person and very respectful of our feelings. I highly recommend going to the Kendall dealership in Eugene if you're looking to buy a new car. I had a great experience and the sales rep, Trevor Smith, was off the charts in helping me find the car I was looking for. He went out of his way to show me the vehicles and to give me the background and knowledge for each car. He was upfront and a straight shooter. I felt there were no hidden agendas and he was all about finding the car of my needs. Also, they worked hard to be real fair with the price of the vehicle.
Despite being a past employee, I assumed I would still have been treated with the same customer service anyone off the street would get. Avery set me a 7am appointment and even ordered a certain filter I requested. He was super helpful, as always. I did an early bird drop off so my car was there when the doors opened. On the paper I requested to have the back vacuumed (the front is complimentary), I also noted two different numbers I could be reached at when the car was ready.
If I had been treated as well as any other customer, this review would have been a great one. It's sad to say that they treated me much more poorly than the average customer should be treated.
I waited three hours and still had not received a call. So I just showed up there. Brandon the advisor said he hadn't gotten the chance to call. Which I know to be a untrue. Three hours is more than plenty of time to give someone a call. He then said they didn't vacuum the back because there were some cans on the ground. Which is true, but I told him I meant the seats. I drive an FRS and the back is only seats, there's no floor space anyways. Upon getting my paperwork and leaving, I saw that they had deleted my email from there records. Which would prevent me from ever getting a survey from them or any coupons. Not being able to ever get any coupons is really inconvenient. That $10-$20 adds up over time.
