Over-all, the service staff was friendly, the work was quality and the convenience exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend also owns a Subaru and we don't plan on taking our cars anywhere else!
Highly disappointed in this place and the customer service that has been supplied to my hubby and myself. They are quick to provide you a loaner car but not good at communicating with you about the status of your car. We are both always having to call and follow-up with the service rep and most of the time still do not get a call back. I originally just thought this was how all Subaru dealerships were until I visited one while I was traveling and received customer service that was out of this world.
When I got home I found an unrelated problem, the light bulb had wiggled out while I was driving and burned through a part of my engine. for the second time in a week Kendall Subaru was able to fit me in for an appointment. This time I had to wait for the part to come in but they set me up with a loaner car until mine was fixed. This was so helpful considering my very busy work schedule which would have been largely impacted by not having a vehicle.
They did reach out to me to ask how my service went but gave me a number that just ring forever with no voicemail.
Hoping this place can change my mind about their customer service but since I have experienced the same issues with two of the three service reps I am not hopeful.
They replaced a tire and never mentioned anything about an alignment meant. The car pulls to the right now. Maybe they don’t do alignments but they never even mentioned it
Now I need to take the car to another shop and figure this out since I was just passing though.
Super friendly, great service, dog friendly and even gave us 15% discount for being Costco members!
First time new car buyer ever and we were so happy and thrilled to go home with our new crosstrek. Sending a monster shout out to ALL the staff at Kendall Subaru, extremely family friendly place. A big thank you to all. particularly Craig T. And Jordan Y. Both were extraordinary with help and service getting us into our vehicle of choice. Craig even took the time to go to the store and get our 18 month old baby girl some milk for her bottle. Thank you Kendall Subaru!

Andrew was the sales representative who helped me. He was super knowledgeable about the cars and very kind. I stopped by about 3 or 4 times before actually purchasing a car and each time I was met with the same kindness. The process of actually purchasing the car was smooth and informative. I got a lot of car for a great price and I am in love! I've received a couple of courtesy calls checking in on how I am doing with the vehicle, which is great! I am all about the customer service. All around great experience. I absolutely recommend going to Kendall Subaru if you are interested in a brand new vehicle or a used one. They have options!
Back in July, I started having trouble with my 2000 Subaru Legacy. The first place I took it told me it was a bad battery, but then the car died again and then for a third time (the night before I was supposed to drive out of state). I wish I had taken it to Kendall Subaru in the first place and gotten it diagnosed correctly the first time. They made it feel so easy, they squeezed me in on a Saturday, got back to me as soon as they diagnosed the problem. Not only was the intake and diagnosis prompt, but they had the part in and were able to fix it that same day! I was able to go on the trip I had planned and the car drove perfectly.
