When I first arrived on the lot I was helped my a man named Alex. He took me to the car I wanted and we went for a test drive. He took very good care of me through the entire process. On the drive home (from pdx to Corvallis) the transmission began to slip and drop gears. I called Alex back the very next morning and told him what was happening. He told me to take it into the shop and see what was happening. After lots of looking it turned out that the transmission needed to be replaced. Though NW Auto Group didn't want to buy the car back the offered to take it in as a trade for the same value I spent on it. I ended up walking away with a very clean 2008 Mazda 3i; not the car I intended on walking away with when I went up the first time but I am very pleased with how much they were willing to work with me though the whole process. They have a vast selection of used cars at reasonable prices. Their on-site mechanic is fair and honest. It's nice to have a place where people still know how good business is done.
