Dr. Guzman is excellent, caring and thorough.
I read these reviews, and I must say hubby and I were more than pleasantly pleased after our visit. The staff, each and every one was considerate and professional, and we truly knew they "cared". Seeking help can be difficult, and they were both a comfort and a blessing. . . and this from a cranky old retired nurse.
When I called early in the am. The person who answered the phone was not actively listening to what I wanted to do and the reason for my call it's like she wanted me off the phone asap. I had to be rude back to get what I needed done.
Do not go here. The staff is belligerent and uncooperative. I was refused the opportunity to speak with my assigned provider and hung up on when I did not accept an incorrect summation of my issue. The staff talked over any attempt of mine to rephrase my request.
The doctor I have is truly nice and caring the nurse is very kind and they appercate their work. They listen to me and answer my question I have about my health thank you charnelton cenlic for helping and serving me.
