Doctor Bradshaw is new to us as my daughter grew from being a child to a young lady of 12, her comfort with a male doctor changed and we were lucky enough to be taken in by Dr. Bradshaw. Seeing her for minor headaches, then having her help us very quickly discover a hard to detect brain tumor much before most doctors would have. Pilar progressively tested us and fought on our behalf for an MRI which the insurance company had turned down initially. As we obtained the MRI pictures, she stayed after hours to arrange surgery immediately via phone to the very best surgeon at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland. Late at night the normal paperwork and roadblocks to being admitted were eliminated by Dr. B. She anticipated our needs, she comforted and counseled us, and followed up on a regular basis as we were going though our medical ordeal. Customer Service above and beyond. Truly one of the greatest experiences where our hearts and health were fragile, and her care, compassion and dedication to being the very best made a huge difference in our lives.
