We purchased a washer and dryer less than a year ago, and had a great experience. Great customer service.
We go in last week to replace our refrigerator, and they said they would call back. We did not get a call back, so when I called I was told that they no longer deliver to our town, as per what their regional manager told them.
If they were up front about their policy change, or actually called back, I would have rated 5 stars.
The prices are astronomical! Own something for X per month for 15 months, when you can get it from Wal-Mart for 4 or 5 months worth of payments.

They want 150 per month for a seat, that doesn't come with a car. Ridiculous!
Overpriced but good when you have bad credit or little money and need something they sell. Fills a need but pay it off quick.
