Working with the people at this store has been a real pleasure! There was absolutely no pressure and they bent over backwards to help me every step of the way. From helping me decide what I wanted, to ordering and delivery, their service is unparalleled! My salesperson, Chelsie Cushman, was a delight to work with and went the extra mile to help me get just what I needed in my desired time frame. When I ended up needing to return one piece because it didn't fit my space, Travis, the store manager, was great to work with as well. I will definitely be shopping there again!
We walked in to look at a new couch and ended up purchasing a new dining room table as well. The salesman Brian greeted us and then backed off so that we could look. Not pushy at all which was great. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and we thought that the customer service was great.
We have purchased a couple of different furniture items from the store, excellent experience both times. Sales people were friendly, and very helpful. High-quality furniture. Delivery was perfect! friendly efficient employees, very respectful of both property and in manner. Will be going back again when the need arises!
