One of the deliveries was definitely a unique situation, where full-size sofas had to go through a literal trap door to get into a tight under-stage living area. I had a few extra hands on our end to help, but they didn't bat an eye. True pros!
My wife and I couldn't believe how large the store was. It just kept going and going. Never seen so much furniture in one location. Paul helped us and was perfect at the balancing of providing information and letting us wonder through the inventory. We were able to find the perfect mattress and bedroom set. We were able to take advantage of their no interest financing which was easy. The delivery and set up was seamless and very professional. We couldn't be happier.
