Their customer service is exceptional! One of the managers, Ivan, in particular goes above and beyond. For a recent computer purchase, he worked patiently with me to address my questions/technical concerns on two different follow-up visits after the sale. We also use their copy center and have found their service and quality to be great, too. We"ve had photos printed from the same digital files at several printers, but they always turn out best from Office Depot on Willamette. Prices are good, too!

Needed print work done, including designing two images into a back-to-back, two-per-page setup that would be cut down to size. The team got us in and out in less than an hour. Second trip needed the same work - team members working then were much slower on the design side, but still very friendly and capable. Don't ever mess with Kinko's printing - just go here. It will be a much more enjoyable process, and probably cost less, too! (Google let's you know about in-store coupons here, which saved us 20% on out first job.)
