The delivery guys were very kind and thoughtful. They put all the pieces exactly where I wanted it. Jess was AMAZING! Even though I did not purchase extra items we discussed design options to complete the look within my living room so I'd know what to do as I had budget. It was a delightful delivery.
Ron S. (my salesman) was a super person to work with. During my initial visit -- which ended in my purchasing a recliner and recliner sofa -- Ron took the time to understand my needs, provided me with options and was never pushy. He was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. The true test of the quality of dealership (and the company) as a whole, however, shone through when the store bent over backwards to resolve a sticky issue that (full disclosure) was totally of my doing. After a few professional-grade conversations that involved management as well as Ron, the issue was creatively resolved TOTALLY to my satisfaction. In fact, I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Kudos to both Ron and the store manager for proving that, in business, positive customer experiences invariably create positive business outcomes. It ain’t rocket science. (And, yes, I wound up spending more money there as a result.)
