AAA just $109, but it not a question of money,. LeDoux let me feel Disappointment , I 'm regular customer(3 years ) , and their Service attitude is so bad, my auto insurance will soon expire in 01/11/2016, I WILL NOT renew insurance from LeDoux

True story: I use 3 years progressive insurance and always renew insurance from LeDoux .
Got denied insurance everywhere but here! So, lets face it. They are the only one who can get the job done correctly.
Last week (09/04/2016) I recommend my girl friend buy new insurance from LeDoux for her new car, as same time we compulsorily purchase AAA membership. when I know that , I told the staff cancel the service, but she told me sha has upload the , and can not be cancel , can not be cancel.
(09/05/2016)My GF father know that feel very angry. And let my GF cancel all the service from LeDoux. Progressive insurance was be very easy cancel, but AAA membership still can not be cancel. That so funny , then I talk to their manager face to face , why it can not be cancel ? I bought it from here. The manager is a good sale person , describe the AAA how great it . But I would like to say : Great AAA, Bad customer service of LeDoux . I still want cancel it. The manager still told us can not be cancel. Arguing about 10 minuntes , they give me a AAA brochure , it show the customer service phone number , they told me if YOU WANT CANCENL AAA, YOU NEED CALL THE CS by yourself.
