Been with State Farm since I was 16 and Stan Zorn for the last 5 years. Unexpectedly my insurance was canceled due to lack of payment. I moved and didn't get the notifications. Normally, he has a great assistant that always calls and is quite friendly. Well she was on leave and I got no call and thus no coverage. When I called to get it figured out - Stan didn't know my name or anything about it. Once we figured out what happened, he recommended I find an agent and get coverage. Really? Thanks. I changed to Progressive.
