After taking full payment, a year ago now, the work they got paid to do is still not finished. Today I was told they weren't coming back out to finish either! All my plumbing lines are laying on the ground under the house, they didn't secure them to the house like they are supposed to or insulate them like they said they'd do, my kitchen drain goes downhill then back uphill so there's no way for the waste water to drain properly and another line that was supposed to be changed out never got done. I was never given the CCB forms that are supposed to be handed out by EVERY licensed contractor, nor did they bother to get a permit for the work they were doing. I recommend that you steer clear of this unscrupulous, hockey outfit!
Beware. These people will rip you off like crazy! A horrid experience. Came to unclog our pipes under the house. don't know what they did for FOUR hours. Stayed over til MIDNIGHT. Bent the siding on our house and refuse to fix it. Have Left several messes that they won't return and they won't answer their phone. Left no invoice and they are refusing to give us one. Ridiculous. They charged us 1200 just to unclog our pipes. A 400 dollar CRAWL FEE?? And charge 187 an hour. Had another plumber come out and he said this place is the WORST place we could have called. I don't recommend them at all unless you wanna get screwed.
Very Impressed! I did some calling around and research to find a plumber for my mom's water main leak and I choose Gary's. They had 4 locations so I figured they were doing something right and when they got there just a few hours after calling I was a little surprised I didn't have to wait all day. The Plumber found the leak and repaired it within an hour and the rate was very fair for parts and labor. I will be using them in the future for sure. Thanks Eric!
They missed two appointments, I was given a 2 hour window and I took time off work both days to be home to fix a plumbing emergency. They didnt show up, currently in a 100°+ heatwave and no water in my home for 2 days. I called someone else and they gave me a half hour window and a guarantee they will be there. Dont count on these guys.
