I paid and later called to work out a deal. And was told - To bad so sad - (paraphrased). They do good plumbing but are a bit sheisty. If you choose them, make sure they finish the job before they leave!!! You'll pay double otherwise...
Nobody wants to deal with a clogged sewer at 8:00 in the evening, but thats what happened to me. I called Kevin Cohen Plumbing and they were at my house in less than an hour and went straight to work on the problem. When the plumber was finished, not only was the clog gone, but he had cleaned the entire sewer pipe to prevent future problems. Now here is where things got really good...I was expecting to pay a huge amount for it being so late in the evening. But that wasn't the case, my bill was the same as if it was noon on a weekday. Fantastic service, knowledgable staff, and the best pricing in town! I will be using them again if the need should arise.
Very fast and professional work. Even when an unexpected problem happened it was handled quickly with no additional cost. Less than an hour and it was better than new. Dustin did an excellent job! Thank you and I will recommend your services to others.

Had a few problems going on in both our bathrooms and wasn't sure exactly what was wrong or even how to begin to explain the problem, the guys showed up on time and were courteous and friendly. More had to be done than expected but they didn't act like they were put out, went and got parts and explained the problem. Prices were a bit steep but in the end we were just glad they showed up and were kind and finished the job correctly:)
I called to have sink faucet replaced ($157). The service man that came out was very nice. He completed the job in a timely manner and left. Later that day I had to call him back because the sink was leaking. He returned and informed us caulking needed to be done and needed 24 hours to dry. Why weren't we informed about the caulking on the very first visit?? We said we would attempt to do it at a time when the sink would not be in use. We are not plumbers. That didn't work out. He came back out and did a beautiful job..... and charged us $119!! I understand there should be a charge but $119!!!
My family and I were in Europe traveling when we received a call from our housesitter that there was water coming through a light fixture in our basement. As that was near the plumbing lines, I called Kevin Cohen Plumbing. (I own several rentals and they are my go-to plumbers. In addition, they put new plumbing throughout my home and were fantastic to work with. They showed up when they said they would and were very knowledgeable. They clearly knew what they were doing.) Wade of Kevin Cohen Plumbing went to investigate within an hour of receiving my call. He was able to determine the water was coming from a malfunctioning air conditioner condensate unit in my attic. Apparently, the GFI outlet had been tripped, thus interrupting the electric to the condensate unit. There was pretty extensive damage to insulation, my hardwood floors were warping in my bedroom on the first floor, and there was drywall damage. Wade said we needed to get it dried asap and offered to lead the efforts by scheduling a company who could come in immediately. He did as he said he would. The drying company showed up that day and started immediately. They were able to dry it soon enough that the floor warping disappeared. Kevin Cohen also worked with my insurance company to make sure they understood the problems. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worry. I just received Kevin Cohen's bill. It was very reasonable for all the work they did. They went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Kevin Cohen Plumbing.
